Love the concept. It's a very large and spacious map, though, and may not exactly be perfect as an Infection map. Its size is ridiculously large and zombies would be chasing humans around forever purely due to all the hiding nooks and passageways. I suggest you smoothen the inside cavern because I can tell you just used something like //sphere air 4 to clear out the area. I think a lot of people would be able to find exploitations in terms of hiding places if you don't clean it up because I can tell just by the video there are a lot of ways to travel around the cavern without actually using the designated pathways. Overall it looks great and I can see that you guys put a bunch of time and effort into it. Although it may not be fully suited for an Infection map, I would get a kick playing it if it was implemented ;)
Minor suggestion! -- Change the glowstone (1:06) to torches. This might improve your overall design and match the actual theme.
I don't use the actual //smooth command to do that kind of inside thing unless it's like to terraform a small area. I suggest you hand-fill any unnecessary nooks and basically make it less rugged.
Infection isn't about hiding, it's about trying to survive hords of zombies, hiding spots just ruin the maps
