Really, they do? Excuse me but they have a lot of unasnwered emails and problably will not be answered anytime soon. This server seems like it's a beta server (Sorry but it is true), I see a lot of bugs and glitches in-game which has been there for quite a long time. I disagree with your statement, you can hate all you want. I'm just stating my opinion.
First, this has kinda gone off topic, i believe this was to do with unanswered reports. However, I believe the decision to have one admin was crews, therefore if crew wanted another admin he would need to decide. The server seems in a pretty good state or crew would probably have found another admin to help. The fact that the role requires a lot of dedication and trust is one reason why there isn't anyone in that position yet and this is not likely to change, no matter the perceived need. Pretty sure support emails get answered and things will get fixed. Probably a lot of spam, cases were people are not clear, sorting through requests that could be handled by mods etc.
