*This is my personal opinion, if you disagree,
then ok. I do not need to be hated at :)*

Hi, I felt like getting this of my chest, so thanks for reading if you do!
Leave a like if you agree!

What I don't understand, is how when people apply for moderator, people don't support their application because they've "Never seen them in game"
I personally do not think this should make a change I think
that this is a bad reason for Un-Supporting someones application!
      I think this because:
There is usually, at least 800 - 1100 people
on Mineverse at any point! It is unlikely that you are going to bump into
      this one certain person!
I am sorry if you disagree, this again is my opinion!

Also, another HUGE cause for this that no - one seems to
think about is Time Zones! I live in England, therefore am about 5 hours ahead
or behind America, so I could be playing whilst America is at school!

So who else agrees with me on this!
      - The Server has at least 800 people on all the time!
      - Time Zones allow countries to be hours ahead and behind!

      - Finding one player in this mass of 800, could take ages!

      *Thanks for reading guys*
      Have a lovely week! :)

Well, most people have other reasons on why they don't give you their Support. They can't just say, "Never saw you in-game". They should have other reasons on why...

Also, this should go to the section, 'Rant'.

I also agree with the last part. But sometimes people say that they don't see them because they actually are inactive maybe?

      No.

You have no idea what someone's like by their application, it's about experience.
If you don't like it, suck it up and meet them in-game. Make yourself stand out.

I'd say too.. was on for 5-6 hours yesterday and got 3 people saying I'm not even active. But in all fairness, my god rank was taken away so I don't have my tag anymore.

You forgot to mention that the non-supporting person may not even play on the same game modes as the applicant (don't think that doesn't happen because I'm sure it does)

No. Because the main subject of being a moderator depends on players that actually know the player.
But leave them to what the reader wants to say- it's their decision after all, and writing the comment doesn't help us.

First off, this is a rate farm when you say this "Hi, I felt like getting this of my chest, so thanks for reading if you do!
Leave a like if you agree!". They should leave an "agree" rating if they agree, why leave a like?

Second off, there is a higher chance then you say, because those 1k people are put into a few game modes. As long as they use chat, there is about a 15% chance to see them or talk to them, if you are on the same time zone. Although the time zone thing is a problem, but nothing can be done about that. So you'll have to arrange a meeting that works for who ever you want to meet.

Thirdly, not meeting, or not even seeing someone in-game is a good reason not to judge their application at all. As you have no idea how they treat the community, how they treat individuals, how the community treats them, how helpful they are, what the community thinks about them, etc. You need to remember not everyone has a forums account.

Fourthly, this should be in the "Rant" section.

      Fifthly,
^^This man hit the nail right on the head.

Okay, let me go into detail.

By submitting an application, I still don't know who you are, how you act, because you're going to suck up to anyone that No-Supports or Supports your application. This is why I don't even read applications. I only Support people I know are qualified for the position. I also No Support people that have no clue what they are doing.

And the ending part, I'm telling you to attempt to meet them in-game, or just meet them. Don't pretend who you are, just be yourself. We want to know who you actually are.

I actually have no idea who you are, and some people don't either, that's why they don't support.

Mineverse has had a lot of people promoted that never really logged on that much. They all did sh*tty, and most of them were demoted, thankfully. They didn't know what the community was like, lost their sh*t, and abused or were just rude.

They don't want to repeat that. :P
Thanks for the concerns for the people that don't get attention, but they aren't going to get attention until they show themselves worthy of it.

I agree about it all. I don't remember anyone I meet ingame. If somone were to make an appeal I'd never remember them, but I would support depending on their application.

How are you going to remember everyone ingame?
