Does any moderators respond to questions pertaining bans on this server?

I have been asking someone to help me understand how this server works, with the rule of banning someone for a pickaxe. I am asking for a moderator to help me understand why someone is banned for a month and a half for supposedly scamming a pickaxe? Can anyone tell me, where in the rules does it state that a person is to be banned for a month and longer for a pickaxe? I am asking, Please... Can someone, anyone, explain this to me? I have never been banned before?

Also it states if you have any questions about the rule, to ask a moderator for help. I have been doing this with no response from anyone. Please help. It would be much appreciated.

If you scammed someone, you are banned until they accept the appeal.

 

I have been making appeals and other moderators are closing it out. I didn't scam anyone. This person called Elrich accused me of scamming a pickaxe, and I have been banned for a month and a half for a pickaxe. My requests are denied by this other person called PopIs_MyLife ,and I don't understand why they are taking so long to unban me for a pickaxe? I can't pull up .gzfiles to show that I fixed the pickaxe, because they are coded and my computer doesn't read those files. But in any event, Is this considered excessive punishment for a pickaxe? I've never been banned before and don't scam. Partial conversations aren't proof.

Dont make multiple appeals. Only make one.
Read the rules here: http://www.mineverse.com/threads/le-faq.42925/ It Clearly states, that any type of scamming is a permanent ban until you appeal.

Also Eric Was demoted so most likely PopIs_MyLife is handling your appeal.

To answer your question, scamming anything in any way is a permanent ban. You may only be able to return to the server if the player files a ban appeal and that appeal is accepted by a moderator.
Maybe try not being so dramatic and rude.
It helps when you are asking for volunteers to HELP you. lol

 

The problem is you scammed. It doesn't matter what you scammed, it is still a bannable offense. You need to make one appeal and you need to answer any questions a mod asks you. Generally mods have a lot of appeals going on and it takes some time. But if you follow the rules, bans will generally not occur

 

If your appeal was denied there is no returning.

 

No PopsIs_MyLife is not handling my appeal. I made an appeal, and Fryzigg is the one I'm suppose to address. She doesn't answer me clearly and leaves the situation hanging. For a month and a half. Just because I have been accused of scamming does not mean I actually committed the scam. Because partial conversations do not reflect the entirety of the situation. But in any even't, is the punishment of a pickaxe equal the decision in being fair here, to keep me banned this long, even if I did take the pickaxe?

P.S. They told me to make multiple appeals, because they keep denying them. I don't get answers. I have never been accused nor banned before from any game on any server in my life until this Elrich guy.

 

There would be clear evidence, that proves you scammed. Ask the banning moderator to show it to you. @fryzigg is a busy moderator. She is a mod on all game modes. There must be a reason why the appeal keeps getting denied or the situation is left hanging. Pm the banning mod @fryzigg to talk to her in a pm and try sort it out.
If you feel she is biased towards you, report her here: http://www.mineverse.com/forums/report-a-staff.29/ and request for another mod to take over your appeal.

 

Fix your grammar and spelling first of all. Secondly do not accuse mods because they do not ban without valid proof or they will be demoted. If you think this ban has been deemed unnecessary file a moderator report to report pops or fryzigg and either he/she will be demoted or nothing will happen.

 

This was a rude response. I'm literally asking how this server works. Sorry you misunderstood the situation. There are alot of hateful people on this server. Sad.

They showed me the evidence and I told them exactly what was going on. The proof of their evidence was a partial conversation, not the full conversation. It was only a clip, that's it. That's not proof. But I'm not here to argue that. I'm here asking, how long is someone banned for a pickaxe? That's what I am asking. Because that is what this is all about. A pickaxe.

The ban appeal process involves waiting. Thats the way it goes. The appeal will be dealt with, the responsible mod is school aged and had exams. Now please be patient, and do the appeal properly. Ask for evidence if you need to. Being rude does not help, nor is creating threads like this.

Scamming a pickaxe or anything even a stick is a permanent ban.
Permanent means forever.
Scamming a player is a ban that lasts for-ev-errr.
That is your answer.

I'm not sure who "They" are, but they are mistaken.
If your appeal is denied, that means you may not return.

 

Are you a moderator? And why are your responses so hateful to me? I don't even know who you are and have never been rude to you. So why the vitriol?
