Problem with Infection[Handled]

Ok, today i was at infection, i was level 119 waiting for vote and get sgtmaj, when i voted for my surprise i lost levels, i was level 119 and i got back to 117, and i want my levels cause it is not the first time i lost levels by voting, and someone need to help me

 

It's usually a bug. You need to be online/alive whilst voting on infection, Cyp hasn't fixed it yet, tomorrow, I recommend that you're in-game and you're in a safe place, then vote, you should get your levels that way. I wish you the best of luck.

You still get your rewards on other servers don't forget, one vote for Mineverse is never nothing, it comes in great use.

 

@EricCukier can you provide evidence that you were level 119 before and that you are level 117 now?

This will help to get the problem solved faster.

 

Won't help one bit Cypriot will most likely not have the time to restore 2 measly levels.

 

Regardless, he needs evidence for any action to be taken. All we can do now is tell him to not do it again.

 

Are you serious I think the whole community already knows voting is buggy he does not need to provide any evidence because this problem won't be attended to.

You're level 117 right? All you have to do is vote the next day and you'll be level 120- SgtMaj.

 

You need to be online to vote , thus, you need to wait for the starting of the game of after the game to get it. Or even if you vote when you are a zombie, you will lose your lvls.

 

Im not going to repeat what others have said, but I can empathise. However is 2 levels really enough to gather evidence for?
