Still banned in shop and my email will not get answered?

hi my IGN is Mark_Of_A and I was banned in the shop because I made a chargeback and I was told if I cancelled it I would be unbanned and I did but I'm still banned and I was told I had to pay the chargeback but I can't because I'm not allowed to purchase the item on the shop and everyone I send an email it never ever gets answered can somebody help me and tell cyp for me?

 

Are you banned from BuyCraft or Mineverse?

If you are banned from Mineverse's Shop (BuyCraft), you have to contact BuyCraft, not Mineverse.

 

Are you banned in game? Or are you banned from a feature in the game, because like SanityPrevails says, you will have to contact BuyCraft, and not the forums, if you have just been banned from a feature!

 

I'm banned on shop but when I contacted BuyCraft they said I wasn't banned.

 

Cyp should unban you from the store.

 

Merks doesn't have the power to unban from BuyCraft...

 

Yes he does, he can unban him from Mineverse's store, not the whole Buycraft.

But if he is banned from the whole of Buycraft then my mistake, but I don't think he is.

 

I'm not I'm just banned on the store but when I send emails they never get answered that's why I need a mod to help me.

@CypriotMerks I contacted Buycraft and they said I'm not banned on their side and that I need to talk to the owners of Mineverse. On the shop I can buy ranks for the full price but when I click upgrade from sponsor to vip it says Not allowed to purchase this item.
