Regular moderators are still limited to how much they can help a player on OP Prison. So there should be a new staff rank for OP Prison where they would have access to more commands and be able to help with more problems. One of the main problems that they would be able to help with are plots. There have been many problems with people losing access to their plots, losing access to commands on their plots, or losing their shops. The head mod/guard would be able to help those people by disclaiming the plot and letting the player claim it, or simply being able to change the owner of the plot. Of course this would have to be done after there has been evidence and a thread is made in the help section. There has also been some occurrences of people losing their mine rank. The head mod/guard would be able to help them by giving them their rank back, or giving them enough money to have their rank back. Again, this would have to be done after enough evidence is provided and a thread made in the help section. There are many more smaller ways in which a staff position with more privileges would be better for the OP Prison server, but those two are the most well known problems.
No Support - there is no need as there isn't a set of rules - unlike regular prison. Normal mods should do the trick.
Do you know how many threads there are requesting Cyp or Crew to come on to help them reclaim their plots? Emailing support does nothing as I sent a email in February and my plot is still under my old name and I can't do anything on it or to it. Like I said, so many people have this problem and a Head Mod there would be given the permissions to help the people with these plot problems. I'm not saying the current mods are bad or anything, I'm just suggesting that one of them should get more permissions to help with more stuff that regular mods can't do and that Cyp or Crew would have to do. But I understand your point of view and I'll let you be now. Thanks for your input I can only imagine how hard he is working his butt off for the money;)
Well, make sure it's clear. Also, it's up to Cypriots decision, who will be promoted or even if this suggestion will be implemented.
