They don't have to, but you have every right to ask for it, if they cannot provide it the ban cannot stick.
Support, I don't think providing the evidence to the player would take a lot of extra work, if the mod made a justified ban.
Partial support I guess. Mods already have to show evidence if the player asks, so this isn't exactly anything new.
As stated before they already have to? I don't understand what is being suggested if this is already in place.
This isn't in placed, they don't have to currently, but when the player appeals the player must be able to see the evidence. If the banning moderator doesn't give evidence within 24 hours the player would be automatically unbanned.
No support, people might want their Youtube channel or whatever to be concealed to protect their personal details and whatnot, however they should have to show other moderators or cyp/crew.
Support on this one, except for the time limit. Mods are not immune to computer crashes, and people who have been banned should not be unbanned because of technical difficulties.
