Hello guys! I'm bringing up a new suggestion where it's really useful. It's /staff. This command shows if a staff member is online and directs on which game-modes they're on. I've heard people asking on chat, what game-mode is this staff member on? You wouldn't have to ask anyone or go on every game-mode finding a moderator. If you want to speak to a moderator when you don't know which moderator is on and what game-mode they're on, then they can use /staff. Also, thanks DownDeep27 for helping
No support. Hackers would then know when a mod is on and then either leave or turn off their hacks. I know for infection, hackers immediately turn off their hacks or leave when they see a mod, because the maps make it easy for a mod to track down a hacker, unlike on factions or survival, where they are free to roam.
You wouldn't have to go on every game-mode doing /list just to find a moderator. This command is more easier. I agree from what you said. Hackers can turn their hacks off noticing moderators on the server. Thanks for your input.
No support. Some of the reasons stated above. Also, with the implementation of that command, I'm sure Prison would have less-jailed people. Nice idea in general though.
/list. The ranks are sorted for you, staff are normally at the end. I just had a better idea, why not just make a global announcement whenever a staff member joins a gamemode? Boy, I bet those hackers will wait around for their bannings. It is a simple idea but it isn't necessary.
Neutral, I have several pros and cons on this topic. As previously stated Hackers will be a concern. If they have access to seeing when staff ore on, it will draw a feeling of freedom for hackers and such. Then, the cons are You can see when staff are on which will be helpful.
Okay! Thanks for sharing your input. Thanks I agree with your statement as well. I only made this command to help people find moderators faster and easier. But thanks for your input Thanks I agree! There should be a global announcement. Anyways, thanks
This would show where a mod is on any game mode, while /list mod will only show you if a moderator is on the game mode you are on.
Why can't the mod be invisible? ._. or just have secretive mods. yah know. for example, Elric might not be actually demoted *wink wink*
