It's not not allowed, yet its looked down upon. Copy an application = you're weak, immature, and cannot come up with an application for yourself. You're practically already punished by being seen as immature by the community.
If you report it to the right person, it can be bannable, however, it really isn't against the rules although it is HIGHLY frowned upon
I think that said person should get a warning, especially if they are new and haven't read the rules. Though, it is common sense not to copy someone's work, but oh well.
There is no rule for copying applications. Staff locking threads that have done so counts as abuse. Although side effects from doing so will leave you with a reputation unmendable. No one will support you and your chance at moderator will vanish before your eyes in the form of hate posts. I'm going to stick with no punishment, being caught is more humiliating.
I remember when my app was copied everything copied was removed and the player received no punishment, rather cyp will know its been copied and they will not get accepted. So i dont see why they need punishment when not becoming a mod and being someone humiliated should be enough.
