God rank missing after name change

Also, all of my stats, buildings, everything. Everything's gone that I ever did on this server and all due to my name change. I don't care about most of it, but my skyblock island, my op prison stuff, and my skygrid stuff. I'm really upset about losing all of my stuff + my hundred some dollar rank, someone please help.

As far as I know, you won't get your OP Prison stuff back, but try checking your chests that you haven't locked with signs

My plot is under my old username also. I literally have lost everything. It treats me as a new default player.

 

Does anyone know how lomg it takes support to resolve these problems or at least message back? This is extremely inconvenient and to be honest, not fair at all. $100 is a lot of money, and if I don't get my rank back soon, I'll have to take measures I didn't want to take previously.

On topic- be patient with support, they will help eventually, after a week of no reply's, try email again.

That template would be very helpful if it were on the thread stickied on the "Donor and donation issues." I just used the same template as on the forums to email support. Should I resend with that format?
