My problem is I cant buy titan at all and I am god, this person offered to buy me titan then said its not letting me so i looked into it..

The person who bought your ranks, must of charge backed. Which caused your player not being able to purchase any ranks, as it finds that you have not bought the rank God yet.

He might've spelled your name incorrectly.

 

Unless a person has made a charge back -- You should be able to upgrade your account.
You should email buycraft. I'm not completely sure of their email.
