[KitPvP] Banned incorrectly for "Hacking"

Hello! I've been recently banned for hacking by someone. I have many things to debate on.
The proof is here I am shown between (0:35) - (0:37):

2. The proof is not even directly towards me, it's towards another player.
3. I didn't even hit the the recorder, boxerblue did if you look in chat it says "you have been hit by boxerblue" it was not me.
4. I've never been called on for combat hacks, I've never been banned for combat hacks.
5. I have appealed, she's just shown me the proof, I hope to see more from the mod soon.
6. I posted this thread to see your opinion on this

Well, most mineverse mods in a nutshell

 

Minority inexperienced. We need Troy and Laura back.

 

2 Mods demoted which are the ones cyp recently promoted..

 

Laura has confirmed that she's not coming back, and I doubt Troy is. :/

I remember watching the vid about 5-6 times to make sure. Yes there is a weird spin but it could be lag and a lot of other things. I forgot to put the report as invalid because I went to sleep, awh

ROFL how is it lag?! thier was no lag and you could see when he was breaking the torch he probably has like 60 ping (the usuall) And im pretty sure the staf are going blind if you think that is A.Hacks B.Lag C.Killaura
