Listen, I understand that you must be frustrated, but taking such action won't resolve anything. You ran the risk of this when you accepted the terms and conditions, like Larrythebird said. Also, dude, it's a game, how is getting a rank going to help you in life? Not to trash talk the server or anything, but don't you have better things to spend your money on then something that won't help you in the real world?

 

I'm just wondering, what are you going to say to you dad's friend who's a lawyer?

"Hey, um, I got banned for breaking the rules on the server and when I appealed no one replied for eight hours.. Can you help me sue them?"

 

Honestly, why would you waste time and 'paperwork' all so you can get $35 back? Mineverse doesn't offer refunds, if you didn't know. All you had to do was wait patiently for the banning mod to accept the appeal, but after you made this thread, your chances of unban are clearly slimmer.

Also, you're only banned on factions. You can still play the other ganemodes.. it's not like this is real life and you would be physically harmed.. lol.

It's a donation and according to the Eula you can't sue servers for this reason. As I said this is a donation to help the server It is not a contract.

People who don't read the terms and conditions before threatening legal action. Claims they know law... Legit.

 

Actually they think if they say they will sue it will make us scared and he gets unbanned.
