I AM GOING TO SUE MINEVERSE

I would like my $35 for purchasing a rank or I am going to SUE. My father's close friend is a lawyer and we have a lot of paper work done for this case. I was banned from factions, the only thing I play on this server for hacking, which I cannot stress enough that I can't hack and don't know how to. Its been 8 hours of arguing with moderators on this forums site to get unbanned and I am still yet banned. I am very close to opening a court case against Mineverse for all of the time that I have spent on this server. I have figured out that even the terms and conditions that I am still able to sue for unlawful banning. I have evidence that I wasn't banning (my computer) and I am completely willing to sue and possibly shut this server down unless something changes very soon. Its been a really long day for me and I am not showing mercy. I have been with this server for 3 years and I have never seen something as ridiculous as this. Someone from the server should reply to this thread fast. If no one replies fast enough, there might not be a mineverse server.

 

This is a joke, you can't sue Mineverse... Even if you did, you would lose the case and get laughed at.

My case is about me getting banned on a game online.

 

first of all, even if your "father's friend" is a "lawyer" he cant do anything if they banned you.
second, maybe if you act more mature you'll get unban?

 

Just so you take note, I don't think the transactions are only by Mineverse. Lel...

 

Hate to say this but anything that involves money or time can be a reason for sueing

 

Funny thing is someone already has tried suing one of Crew's servers and they laughed at them.

It's their server, they could ban you for no reason if they wanted to and you couldn't do a thing about it. Stop being childish and grow up.

 

You could stay banned forever and it's still not a reason to sue.

Actually I know a lot about law and I can pretty easily win this case. Also I have researched who to sue these companies and its not usually for money, the server is usually is just shut down permanently and the internet its run from is shut off for a year.

It does matter how much time you have spent, when you are banned, it takes time to get unbanned if you are being immature.

obviously u don't understand when you sue someone it is not because they necessarily broke a law, its more for personal and inquisitional reasons
