Splash pots on kit pvp

Are the splash pots on kit pvp broken for have they been turned off?
If they have will they ever be turned back on?
If not i believe they should come back or change what the kits with the splash pots should change to regeneration potions because you pay for rank with the kits and when you go to buy or upgrade a rank where it says what the rank comes with it say you will get the items listed but when they don't work it like paying for a toy but it dose not work. thank you for reading

The kits should not be replaced with regens, the splash potions should just be removed. Regens aren't meant to be easy to get. You're not meant to chug them down constantly.

 

Unless for donors, they're very easy to get.
