KitPvP Potions

Hello! In this forum myself and the community will discuss the topic about potions being added to KitPvP. Personally, I don't like the potions. It makes it way harder to kill someone and the only way to kill someone is by them lagging or getting them in a consumed area.

Post your opinion below on the topic of Potions whether you like it or not and please state why.

When he added potions, mineverse lost all it's uniqueness, the good things it had without potions, the fun we had in everything. A major thing changed the whole community of KitPvP. I am a very frequent player on KitPvP, pots ruined it for me and ruined it for some other frequent kitpvp players.

Even the debuffs were annoying, I'm sure everyone in kitpvp gets pissed when they get a debuff thrown at them. I don't know what persuaded Cypriot to even add potions when nobody suggested it. If we get lots of opinions, I will suggest this. I honestly miss the old KitPvP with the ol' regens and the ol' gapples and of course with the ol' /heal.

I've quit kitpvp for a bit but this is true, people think they are the best cause all they do is instant health. People have donated for /heal and it useless:eh! #bringbacktheoldkitpvp

 

I don't like the splash potions, and I completely agree with Flux.

 

I don'y mind the insta health cause I just steal it from them but instant damage are annoying af cause random people will 2 hit me with them they do about 5 hearts but tbh I dont mind the insta health its just more of a challenge

 

Honestly even in the old kitpvp it was hard to kill because people just pearl into spawn.

 

Firstly, I'd like to agree with Flux.

I don't really like the potions at all. They're annoying and as Bantz said, killing people just isn't fun anymore.

Debuffs are just... :'( I cri errytime.

I used to enjoy laughing at noobs who try to use potions.

 

They should just have it like they do on factions so you cant pearl to certain areas

 

Pearls shouldn't be able to land and/or teleport you near spawn.

 

Eh, it took away regens and gapples, I miss using them ;-; They're basically useless xD

True, I was an active daily player of the old kitpvp, and honestly, KitPvP has gone downhill.

 

Earlier I was pvping on KitPvP just to mess around, I was at 7 hearts and someone spammed insta damage at me until I died. Splash potions really should be removed. :L

 

There is a huge difference between 'PotionPvP' and 'KitPvP'. This was a KitPvP server now it is not.
I won't play there now. If I go on it's just to say hello. Most of the older regulars of my times as staff here are now gone. I think the changes in the server are mainly the reason. :/

I agree with Pile, the potions are annoying and you don't even need skill to beat someone anymore. Everyone's gone from the old days, the staff all quit most players. I miss the old MV

 

Personally I like splash potions, Giving the default players a chance against elite-titan with /heal.

 

I like it when I'm not banning you for hacks.
