My issue is that I cannot upgrade to elite. When I try to do so it says: "You're not allowed to purchase this item".

Please help this be resolved,

Make sure your name is entered exactly as it is supposed to be.

If it still doesn't work, email [email protected] and be patient. They'll fix is as soon as possible.

Um, don't purchase Elite, go to upgrades then MVP to Elite.

 

I was doing the upgrade in the first place. Not purchasing elite. xD

 

Have you checked your shopping cart to make sure that was all that was in there?
Have you logged out and logged back into Buycraft?

I would try the last thing I suggested and then double check your shopping cart. Make sure you agree to the tos and try to check out again.
