I had changed my name from Seroblisses to xSkeletor around a month ago, and I decided to change it back today. And I have a problem in Survival, where I can't open my locked chests, as it says that I don't have permission. Please help.

It's locked with my old username, xSkeletor.

 

Lockette works off players names not their UUID's. Whenever changing a name it is strongly suggested that you remove all locked signs before doing do.

As this is a problem, and it would be hard to get the owners attention to specially do this for you, I don't know what else can be done.

Email [email protected] with proof that you are who you are(provide your current name, old name, a screenshot of MC Name History, the story) and perhaps a video of this.

While this explains some of the 'why' on this issue there should be a thread made by staff explaining that players should remove their signs before changing names.
Cypriot, Crew and Tanner are the only one with the perms needed to remove the signs. They are not "Moderators" they are admins, developers, and owners. They are also too busy to help with these issues in game.
If you are unable to get anyone to help you in game I would suggest you change your name back. Make sure you remove the signs from your current name before doing so.
