I want my rank back! i paid edited $20 and I lost it because I changed my name. i have it on 2 servers, Survival and Prison, that's it like what the edited, Idk why but maybe because I haven't played them before, can I have my VIP rank on all servers? this is a edited joke, I've put up with this for about 1 year now and i've contacted the owners at [email protected] and edited no reply. I'M FED UP WITH THIS I JUST WANT MY RANK ON ALL SERVERS, IF NOT ALL THEN I WOULD LIKE MY RANK ON INFECTION, OP PVP AND KIT PVP.

 

Swearing will not help @Alexa you should censor this.

This gives you no right to swear, the owners have 6 servers to manage and they get SO many emails do you really think they have the time to go through the 100+ emails they get a day?

Did you provide your exact username and the specific details about your rank issues(what servers are missing the rank)?
If you wrote the email like this note here he might be less inclined to help you.
