I got 24 hours ago upgraded from VIP to Elite and my prefix didn't get change on KitPVP.

• My exact in game name is: MrTimmy

• My purchased rank is/was: Elite

• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: My prefix on KitPVP didn't got changed to Elite, but i have the kit of Elite, and you can see my name in the group of Elite if you use the command /list, but my prefix is still Sponsor, could you please change it to Elite, thank you.

• Evidence ie: screenshots and/or any helpful information:

I've sended already an email to [email protected] & Im making this thread so it would maybe get changed faster.

It seems to be a PEX issue, again. PEX was failing for months in 2014, it was horrible. PEX is the rank plugin, it deals with perks, commands, limitations and in your case prefixes. I am no one to help you unfortunately, that is why there are hard working dedicated staff for these issues. I wish I could but I am just a player in the large crowd.

My advice is to wait for your email to be dealt with. I thought the support email was complete poppy- until my issues were fixed overnight. It seems that patience, and tagging is your best course of action.
