I agree with DrSnuggles.

The title "420" along with the message "Cypriot is MLG" does not:

1. Discuss anything, nor lead to an actual discussion.
2. Help the forums or server in any way.
3. Raise awareness for something important.

I don't mean to be rude, and tbh I don't really mind but I'd think a moderator, although he is new would know this.

I believe the correct section for this would be off topic.
