(To be honest I have not seen another one of these threads, I did check. If this is a duplicate thread, I apologise.) I am suggesting an app for Apple and Android etc that provides the forums and shop plus more for an all in 1 Mineverse App. This benefits us so we won't have to spend 10 minutes logging in to a laptop and opening the forums but it can only take us 10 seconds to get to the app. It's portable, so if you are writing a thread and all of a sudden your computer dies, you can use your phone or tablet to continue from where you...died. Leave feedback to see a more efficient app hopefully made by our wonderful staff team. Thank you for reading.
There has been a few threads made on a potential "Mineverse App". From what I have seen, most people are fairly supportive of it and there were even people volunteering to help develop the app. Personally, I don't use a mobile device. I'm sure a lot of the people on here do though, so I support, as it would hopefully make it easier for those people to check the forums more regularly.
Apps(at least good quality ones) are expensive to make. I doubt this will go through as MV is purely a Minecraft server. I support though, but it's unlikely.
While logging in, just select the option "stay logged in". Most of the time when I am on the forums, I am on my android tablet, and all I need to do it open my internet and the mineverse forums pop up and I'm already logged in. It takes less then "10 seconds" for me to get on the forums.
True. Thanks for the input. I did check but I didn't see any. But oh well, thank you. Thanks, that is true though. I mean when you don't have the option of staying logged in. Oh well. Yeah ok, but TannerLittle is a program developer. Surely he can help.
What's wrong with Safari/Chrome? I see this app as a waste of money. You need to pay Apple (not sure with Android) to keep an app up in their store, which can be a small fortune. The rank donations may cover the cost but yet again, who'll use the app? If the app is for free, then it will be downloaded by members only. If the app costs money, members will stick to the default web browsers for the devices. There are not that many people that dedicated to Mineverse, and some or most people here don't use a smart phone. There are people on these 'Mineverse App' suggestions saying it'll be easier to use the forums if added, I say no. It all depends on your internet speed, and again the resources to make the app will not be as powerful as the web browsers in the devices that have been built and modified for maximum efficiency over the years of development. Apologies, but no support.
I'm using a mobile device right now. :p Works just fine. What mineteria said. Maybe just use a web browser to do mineverse on your phone/tablet? No support sorry.
I am using a website browser on my phone as we speak, but I believe the app is a more efficient method. Thanks for the input though.
