Done the support email 3 times, no reply. Posted on Cyps wall too.

 

You need to be patient. The admins aren't robots that are on mineverse 24/7, they need their sleep and fun irl too.

 

The first email was 1 montha go ;3

 

Then it has probably at the bottom of support's email. Try sending another one. And remember, they get many emails every day, and they can't help everyone at the same time. I guess you just have to be lucky to get your email picked.
