Spawn Claims and Bedrock Broken!? [Fixed]

Hello!
I'd like to write about the few problems that factions is currently experiencing and I'm suggesting that we get them fixed.

First:
Spawn Claims

There are many factions claiming spawn which means they have an advantage with enemies at spawn. Most players complain that you can't do /home in enemy territory.



Second Problem:
Bedrock is able to break...?

I was at my endermen farm while UncleUrnesto alerted me that he found a raid with bedrock broken. I came and I took a few screenshots.


Now, you may all think "This isn't really a problem, they might fall in?" No.

Bedrock is a partial part of building your base, if you want a secure base in the overworld, it has to be at bedrock or leading to bedrock.

@Noobcrew please fix these problems. :(​

Also make it so we can do /ehome and /espawn........If you're stuck in enemy territory you can't get out....
