Wither is disabled and removed by cyp. If he has been spawning it he has found a way to spawn it illegally and farm nether stars. I bet thats why he was banned by cyp.

 

Dude, you're absolutely not helping yourself. If cyp banned you it was for a reason. Make a ban appeal and wait, it's that simple.
