Hello Mineverse! I feel as if I should discuss some very, disappointing news. As some of you know, I'm a moderator here on Mineverse, if not, well, I'm a moderator. Lately, I've been going through HEAPS of stress / issues with IRL problems. I don't discuss my personal life much , but I'm graduating High School in about 40-50 days, after high school is out, I need to get my life together. I need to put my life together, because as of right now, It's a wad of loose knots, and that's not quite where I want to be. With that being said, as of right now, I'm stepping down from the Moderator position, due to me needing to help me, does that make any sense? Well, It's the only way I really know how to put it. I have not been a moderator for very long, but it's just the timing of it all. When I made my application in October, I figured I could prove myself enough on the forums, to be able to take a month or 2 off, to fix me.. but only being accepted in the end of February, I don't feel as if I've warranted for that leave of absence for it to be quite so long. I just want to thank you ALL for being supportive of me on my road to where I am now. You guys are ALL great people, and will do very well to the community, if you try. I'm not going to drag this on, and thank every individual person, but, thank you again as a community. Those individuals know who they are, as I've thanked them plenty of times, and been grateful for you being in my life for the last year to year and a half. I will although, call out @CypriotMerks and @Noobcrew Although, I never really had much of conversation with either of you, you're both OUTSTANDING admins / server-owners. You guys run 3 or some odd servers, and manage to get to even the smallest bugs, in the matter of 24 hours. Props to both of you. I also, want to thank you both for giving me the opportunity to hold such title as 'Moderator' , it's been nothing but a blessing across the board. Sorry I have to go like this, hopefully you will allow me to stay within the community, and contribute what I still have left of me. I said I wouldn't , but thanks to the staff team aswell.. You're a good buddy man. No lie. It's harder on me than you can imagine. Since the day I've joined, I've had this vision of helping mineverse, and now that I've been granted the ability, I have to walk away. It's one of the hardest decisions of my life.. But, It's one I need to make. I apologize so much :\
I'm deeply saddened to hear this news:(. I really liked you as mod, and I think you did your job well. You gained much of my respect on your journey in my mineverse life. And I'm sure you have had a positive impact on so many other people. I'm sorry to see you leave for the moment. Good luck with sorting out your irl problems, and I hope to see you when it is all over and done with. And we're both in the graduating class of 2015:D
DCM you will be greatly missed. I knew, the day you became a mod, that you were going to do this server good, and you have. It is sad to see you go. I hope you can get your life together. Get on Skype or ts sometime so we can talk. bye :baw:
I can guarantee it. I mean it's extremely sad. It's like your best friend walks away for the better. It's sad.
You guys are breaking me. Lol. I actually have tears in my eyes. It's breaking me down seeing what you all are saying. This is why I love Mineverse, and always will. Best group of people I've ever been around, and one of the best decisions I've made to join them. Y'all are different from the rest, I can assure that. Please PLEASSEE, stay that way.
