I stated that the attorney will be powerless if sufficient evidence is held upon the infracted player, so that covers that. Spambots are accounts owned by advertisers, they have nothing to do with the community of Mineverse. The suggestion was an attorney rank (doesn't mean moderator perks), which means that the player applying will need to be trustworthy and unbiased between clients. Again, if added the attorney will need a rank, it can't be anyone. Hope I've cleared up some questions you have. I respect your opinion and hope that maybe you see the suggestion as flawless.
Correct. If a player has been banned incorrectly, and the banner is ignoring him, (if added) the player could get an attorney to help him with his invalid ban
I support, but I have to agree with @Ponyknight99 about some of the flaws. Yes, there is most definitely possibility that the "lawyer" could be friends with his client and / or be an alt. So for the sake of keeping Justice fair, I suggest that an "attorney " would have to be a staff / former staff member. Or something of that sort.
I see where you're from. I agree that a lot of bans are insufficient, though this would have flaws. Firstly, the Attorney could edit pictures using photoshop and claim that that's the real deal and this could cause arguments between a mod and a banned player with a guy protecting his back. I like the idea though.
As said, the attorney will need to have a certain rank which is earned through trust and fairness. So if said person is banned for scamming on Kitpvp, are they IP banned too? I don't see why someone would go through all the trouble of earning/applying for the attorney rank to become unbanned on one or more accounts
To help clear your confusion, it would make it so that he wouldn't really have lost any progress in that gamemode. Essentially, he would make it so that he was never banned in the first place, and therefor, didn't lose anything he had
