I've been DDoS'd once on my personal internet after someone attempted to blackmail me to send them "$10" on paypal. They gave me their PayPal email so I just called up PayPal and let them know, apparently they had other reports on the person and got the authorities involved
He'd have a static IP address so all he'd do is turn off his router, wait 30 seconds, maybe hit reset on the back and he's back online with a fresh IP. As for the video, I'll try.
I suggest making your own proxy first, Most public Proxies take logs of what you're doing (Entering passwords, browsing, etc). Once you've made one, open the server and download skype on it, Sign-in and you're finished.
I once got DDoS'ed by a super crazy guy and he threatened to call the authorities, a bomb squad, the swat team and some dogs to me house if I didn't write "Kindersec" on my forehead.... Luckily this was a server I worked on. I talked to the Owner's and the Developer and we fought back and brought down his internet. *Whew* That was a crazy night.
