Now before we start I have to give credits to @MaxNinja10 @Princess and @UncleUrnesto for thinking of this. I just thought I'd make a thread in it. Now on other servers that I've had staff on, you were trained shortly before you became a real mod. I think that this is very important. Many newly promoted mods are pretty much clueless on forum commands, in-game commands, etc. If we had a trainer or a system for this, this would go much smoother. I am also posting this so that people can add on to the idea and we can cooperate to make it better ~Sav
Or if they had Trail Moderator to first learn the commands and if they do a good job at Trail Mod then they get promoted to Mod.
I'm pretty sure Cypriot will pick people for mods who have had past experience, or already know whats what.
Possibly I trial map where you are faced with obstacles and you have to do the right commands. We could hire SethBling
There is a moderator section with many guides that cover everything regarding moderation and is a great resource for newly promoted moderators. If they have any questions, all other staff members are always ready to help and answer any questions so this really isn't needed.
