If you are getting ddosed because this person knows your Skype username. Delete that account, change your ip address, then make another account. But if you getting dosed right now, I recommend unplugging your router for long enough that it resets your ip.

 

Change your ip.
Sign out of Skype.
Make a new Skype not using your IGN or IRL name.
Use a proxy(I just checked all these and they are working):

I always forget about the use of a proxy when trying to help people. I too recommend using using one.

 

As @DjRyan said, never ddos back, that will just cause yourself more trouble.
