Infection Prestige and Level Transfer (HyperChrome)

    Couple of Months ago i changed my username to a different one that i liked. Most Things Transfered Like My plot, My Rank and lots of stuff but one thing I noticed that my Prestige Rank and Level Had Gone. Please Help me :)

    Here are my Details.

    Old Username: _RejectedSplash_

    New Username: HyperChrome

    Prestige Rank 3

    1st Sargent Level 91

    Hello there, Hyper, please do the following:
    • Email [email protected]
    • Include your full IGN
    • Explain the problem in full and try to be detailed
    • Attach any proof you may have
