help mineverse never replies on all emails i send for help [Handled]

so i sent a email to mineverse with proof and the correct template of my issue which is i cant build on my own plot on op prison proof was a video showing i cant, screenshot of /p info where it says owned by westlee27, and proof i am westlee27, and even in my shop the signs say my name to buy things

 

When did you send the email?

Maybe try one more time afther like 3-6 days?

Be patient. Your email isn't the only email they get, so just try to wait it out

 

@Mega months ago i sent one about a different issue and still dont have reply

 

Westlee, Crew/Merkz own 3 servers, they get these types of mails everyday with an income of 100 everyday, on average everyday would be around 300 mails, as you can imagine they are trying to help but they can get very busy.
I understand you've been waiting a month, I had to wait 2, be patient please.

 

All you can do is resend. Cyp's inbox is massive, and you can't blame him for not answering right away.

 

This is not a problem that can be easily resolved.
Try emailing every 5 days until you get an answer. That's all we can help you with.
