[Op Factions] Creeper Egg and Tnt ?

Im not 100% sure this is the first report in this situation, (If not I was not aware and I apologize.)

Some people say it is from /f bypass ? Again not sure if its true. Creeper eggs don't work in general on claimed land and unclaimed. Although tnt only works on unclaimed land ?

But /kittycannon still works along with other types of raiding like /jump.

 

Is this still an issue?
If it is I guess I could tag Cyp and see if he will answer.
