Perfect example of a mod ridiculing the members. I'm not mad at you personally, but your tone in writing comes across as rude and arrogant.

 

Just his opinion. I assume you're trying to get him demoted for a selfish reason after you got banned for no slowdown.

 

This is the problem. Mods are all great people until they ban you, then suddenly they need demoting for "abuse". Doesn't matter that the players 98% of the time are actually at fault and deserved the ban.
Its just become "cool" to hate on the mods and a habit to blame the staff rather than look at what you did to get the ban. Your attitudes against mods are ruining the game experience for yourselves. You hate the mods, you get them demoted, there is a pressure to replace them you get inexperienced ones who need a lot of practice. Either that or you drive them away with endless complaints and arguments making moderating one big argument and debate. So before you complain about lack of moderation, why not look at the most obvious reason why mods end up lacking the drive to help you make your experience better... its you.
Im no mineverse mod. I mod other crew servers. But its a similar gig except when I still get a degree of respect even when i punish people. They take responsibility and i don't have to spend time arguing my points which makes my time enjoyable.
The things ive seen mods go through here is just pathetic. Disrespect, hate and abuse to name a few. Im actually surprised mods like pops are still dedicated enough to look after the servers he does after all this petty hate rubbish. Sure, some mods are horrible and you get them everywhere, but instead of aiming for demoting them, i would aim to give them some feedback. If that doesnt work, feel free to report them. But at least try help them be better before bringing down mineverses team. Because you are only hurting yourselves.

Moderating is no cake walk. Kids will be kids, and moderating children is what they are here for. I say it again and again... if you are not dedicated to your position or if moderating is too much for you or even if you just don't have time because you have what I lack "a social life" then step down.
The community will never be able to see all the work that moderators do behind the scene. So come out in front. Don't give them room to say sh!t. I was never called "inactive". Know why? I was in game each and every day. Any more this is the norm:

Want to know why these kids complain more today than they ever have? Limiting mods to 2 game modes and letting the few global mods we have left slowly die out...
There are AMAZING mods on this team and they are restricted to only 2 servers when they could be utilized throughout.
I agree with you on some points, but even the kids I banned 2 or even 3 times over have never claimed that I was a "bad mod". I worked my <edit> off for this community and I took the reigns of leading the crew of staff at that time and I didn't have to have a "head mod" tag to do it. This staff needs direction and a staff member they can go to to guide them.

A few things to point out, according to Badlerner a ex-moderator that you could be banned for mini-modding. Second of all, I've reported many hackers and many where banned, but you know what they did, they appealed and got accepted and repeated the offense.

I was banned on Badlion for hacking(I wasn't vsing randoms, I was vsing a mate to see who's hacks were better, lmao) and I was unbanned in a day without any argument due to me being apologetic and stating a valid argument.

I doubt it considering Panda was demoted for saying 'Pathetic' and I've now witnessed mods on .net be demoted for disrespect.

If they're rude and arrogant, why don't you report them? I guarantee that the word you're looking for is ignorant, and even still, it most likely isn't their fault.

 

You're quite lucky frankly, hardly anyone gets unbanned in a valid ban. If I did a mistake, there is no need to be rude about it. If you're going to go on, do it.
