What ever the reason he got demoted he has probably regretted every moment and why are you digging into his past cause i'm sure he doesn't want to re-live that moment again.Would you like someone doing that to u? Ever heard of a second chance cause I have and I think he deserves one.

DJ, your personality is too strong and you're too opinionated. You argue things that are just pathetic to argue about, and you intentionally do things to make others look bad while doing this.

You'll go out of your way to make someone feel like crap. You don't apply any care in most of your actions and talk to people like they're rubbish(at times).

When you became Guard for that short amount of time you immediately jumped in and started 'helping', but you were too in deep with your work - you made things personal. This is what I saw.

This is just my opinion, please don't get mad. I'm not going to state a support or no support because at this stage they mean nothing. Good luck, Ryan.
