I have seen you in game a fair bit Jelle, and you seem to be quite a nice person. I haven't seen you start fights very often, or be overly rude to people. With this said, I think that you should try to be more helpful in game and offer your help to others.

Your application could do with some improvement, but for someone who's main language is not English, I think that you have done quite a nice job! Don't be afraid to space out your answers from the questions, and use bold, italics and underline where necessary. Also, try to proof read your application and correct as many mistakes as possible.

True, but if you have bad grammar, it looks unprofessional, a look that Cyp doesn't want for his staff team.

This app is fine though. I don't think people should be judging that harshly unless it is barely readable..

Try to type without making the first letter of every word a capital.

The words I bolded and underlined are grammatically incorrect or are misspelled. Also, that's not just it; there's still some more errors in the rest of your application.
