Lost My 100 Lucky Levels on Infection

So I logged onto Infection, and I noticed that I voted. Then I quickly noticed that I also received extremely lucky and got 100 levels. Then shortly after, I lost my 100 levels. Now I'm sad:( and missing the 100 levels. Please help me.

That's odd, email that to [email protected] with your IGN and explain the problem in full with proof attached.

 

That happened to me, but it was just 3 levels. I don't know why or how it happened though... I hope it gets fixed.

 

That happend to me with 64 levels. I didn't have the evidence to prove it :(

 

I sent an email about my plot in op prison a month ago, no reply. I don't think this would get a reply either.

This is a common fault :I
If you for example vote while playing factions.
Then you go infection and you get '100 xp extra'. But actually you do not get it because you did not vote while playing infection.
And even if you vote in infection, this can also happen if you directly die when you voted. Then you also lost your levels

I don't think you can get your levels back. :/
