May someone please show me how to combine optifine with mods? I've tried putting the optifine folder in the mods folder but it didn't work, may someone show me a video or instructions? Thanks.

This really isn't something Mods know about.
You'd have to look up how to install Optifine with Forge.
Other than that, I think the current Optifine isn't really compatible with the newer modifications.

Do not take my word for it though.
    I'm not so sure.

I was talking to zero. And he said you need a certain optifine version for it to work. I can't remember which one though. Sorry.

    Here's the intructions!!!

    1. Go to Files.minecraftforge.net
    2. Download a 1.8 Version
    3. Make sure you have Java 7 or above
    4. Find 1.8 Forge
    5. Right click it and press "Open with" and you should see something that says "Open with Java TM SE Binary" or similar
    6. Click that and then press "Install Client" (Make sure you have downloaded or used minecraft 1.8 first)
    7. Wait for it to install
    8. Go to optifine.net and download the latest version of forge 1.8
    9. Drag it into Optifine Jar file into your "Mods" file in %appdata%
    10. Start up Minecraft and Press "Mods" and make sure you see Optifine in it
    11. Drag your mods in there and have fun! But make SURE THAT THE MODS YOU INSTALL ARE FORGE COMPATIBLE AND 1.8 COMPATIBLE

If anyone saw any flaws , please let me know :3 @Rachet
