HELP WITH RANK

I had a problem with my rank VIP and Commander.
Then i wrote a Emaill to [email protected].
As i bought me Elite they helped me and so im on some Servers, because this problem and the help, VIP, Sponsor, MVP, Elite.
(on OPPrison im MVP. On Prison im Sponsor. On KitPvP im Elite.)
I wrote an Email to them to help me. After 2 days they didn't answered.
What can i do now???

 

Can you please explain this better? Are you vip on some servers or?

 

Yes, i bought me Elite, but on some Servers im even VIP

 

I had VIP then i bought me VIP to MVP and then MVP to Elite.
But it didn't worked on some Servers

 

Ok I suggest wait a few days after emailing support. They are busy. They get about 50 emails a day from issues on the server to handle.

They wont like it if you send 4 emails. Like i said wait a few days they will reply.

 

Send them one with all the info and proof and your ign.
Make sure you explain the problem in full detail.

im writting this Mail so often, because no one helped me.

First: My IN-GAME-Name is Keyinator.

My Problem is:

I send an Email because i wanted to set me on KitPVP to VIP becuase there i was Commander and VIP.

At the same time i bought me Elite.

Then someone helped me and no one Prison im Sponsor on Opprison MVP and on KitPVP Comamnder with Elite.

PLS HELP ME.

It's very bad that no one helps me. I bought me Elite for $50. This is much Money.

Yes, that's perfect send them some screenshots you're those ranks aswell ;).

 

They don't get alerts from normal players m8.
