I made a deal with a guy on op factions and the deal was vip donation for a steam card I gave him the code to the steam card and he said I will get my rank in a day but I still haven't gotten it I have proof of this transaction I have Skype my ign is xkillerx134 just please help me

 

You need to post some evidence or something to prove it, but not here.

Make sure to list player names of all involved, which in this case would be:

1.) Buyer (You)
2.) Seller (Scammer)

Forms of evidence include (but are not limited to):

• Screenshots of chat (Both in minecraft/steam/anywhere else in regards to the transaction)
• Receipts
• Video

Please report the player on the report a player forums.

 

I do not think these type of transactions are allowed, as it included a Steam Gift Card.
Be careful with who you are making deals with. Not everyone is trustworthy.

If you have valid evidence of the situation, feel free to report the player(s) under the report section.
Hopefully things are solved soon.

 

Just post a video and who did it if you have proof it shouldn't be that hard.

 

Yes you were scammed most likely, and yes you need to make a report. The problem is that no mod nor admin can get your code back, and most likely if no payment was made under your account, then you get no rank either. This is the dangers of real world trades, or simply, trading non minecraft items for ranks or items for money.
I would try emailing support as suggested above.
