Uh, I lift about 3 times a week for soccer at high school. Usually you want to smaller stuff more often. Your mussels with grow slowly if you work out a lot at once (According to our trainer). My suggestions is daily do smaller workouts so you do not over due it.
I know this is off topic, but you should learn an Instrument. It's a great life skill that will stay with you forever.
I can help you. I've been playing basketball for 6 years and I also want to be in the NBA. What position are you playing in?
@xFlacko Something that will really help is lots of sleep. As well as push ups. Start off with 10 every day, move up to 15 then 20 a day, keep doing that taking breaks like twice a week. Soon you can get up to around 40-50 a day. That really helps overall core strength and muscle. You are doing good, keep up good nutrition, remember eating less isn't healthier. You could get into a sport, soccer and basket ball, for coordination and agility, football for bulk up and strength (that and things like wrestling), gymnastics flexibility lots of core strengthening. There are a lot of other methods and such out there. Good luck (I guess :P) ;)
