There is a plugin which allows players to mute a person for a temporary amount of time. Say there isn't a mod on and some player is spamming, either advertising or just random non-sense. Players can vote to mute the player for a set amount of time and if it gets a certain amount of votes, it will mute the player for the time. The amount of votes and the time for the mute can all be customized by an Admin.
