Few requirements:

Praetor: Basically nothing except for being responsible. And nice :p FULL
Legion Commander: Use common sense. Like when retreating if there is a Op zombie... FULL
Admin: Common sense.
Commander: A person that is able to do PVP and also bowing. Available
Supreme Overlord: The titles says it all. The breaking point, the tip of the spear. Able to use a bow and sword with expertise (And no, not like epic pro but yeah). The overlord will be accompanied with a few other soldiers... Its not a one man army. Available
Centurion: Helps around with maintaining defenses. FULL
Beast Incarnate: A savage beast who can killed everything in his or her path... jk, but must be able to slay zombies by the hordes. Available
Airforce: The 21st Legion's airforce should have people who are reasonable good with their bow, able to snipe zombies from a long distance. About 25-50 meters away. And yes, at a height. Available
