The gyazo meant to change your mind on the theory of staff members not being on Factions. Apparently it didn't.
I think Alexa is on to something though. Maybe when they're first promoted they should be restricted to 2 servers or so, and then as they prove themselves be promoted to global moderators Support.
I think moderator should be like being guard. First you start out moderating the 2 servers you wanted to moderate. Then you apply for global mod. (Like what tin15cro did to get from guard to head-guard.) Then it's all up to Cyp to promote you t0 global or not.
You know It kills me not being able to deal with reports like I used to. Yes, maybe, as global, I wasn't very active everywhere, however I sure did do reports on every single gamemode. I'd love to be a global mod again. Also, ^^ what max said.
Stepping aside from my previous post, this would fix all of the problems. Once the Moderators are positive that they can complete the task of becoming a global moderator, they should have a chance of being promoted. If the Moderators lie about being ready for more responsibility, why were they promoted in the first place?
Well, I think that the moderators should be global, but they can choose if they want to step down to only two servers.
Global moderating requires one to split their time between servers. There are a significant amount of game-modes. This could affect activity. I believe people kept complaining mods were no active on gamemodes or some rubbish so possibly restrictions were to help. Although this means that some game mods have less mods than others. Point... two is too restricting, all game mods may be too much. But at least if a mod is global they would still pick their main modes but be able to moderate other game modes too when someone comes to them in need. If there still needs to be a restriction, make mods pick 4 modes. But i agree, all mods should be global at least to the point that if they are needed because there is no other mods for that mode on, it wont be ignored...hopefully.
