Hey guys, it's Gizz. Today I'd just like to touch on one topic that I've seen a lot recently - Getting hate for reporting hackers. I'd like to explain that recording the video, then compressing it, then uploading it, then actually making the report is more time consuming then you think, well, at least for me it is. What I would like to talk about is people hating others for reporting hackers. At least once a week, I log onto YouTube and get to have a laugh at the idiots who are attempting to devalue a hacker video. I don't mind that, infact I quite like it, but in game having others going at me(and probably others) isn't cool. I've had people going at me how I've 'edited' a video to the point that it looks like the real game? I've had people spamming me on alts while ban evading, swearing at me because I've got them banned? I'd just like to point out something. If I report you or one of your friends, it's nothing personal. It's just something I do. Thanks guys, peace. -Gizz.
I admire that your willing to get hate for that, it's dedication. Knowing your gonna get crap from people for foing the right thing is what I admire. Love it, keep dong it :D
That's why the reports are private? If you don't want people to hate you, don't mention you reported them. It's not like it's a race or competition. No one cares how many people you've reported. Let's be honest.
Meh, leaving it unlisted gives people something to do when their bored. The reason I posted this thread is that I know people on these forums have been trying to give me 'trouble' about reporting them and their friends. I'm just making a general point.
You're trying to get people to stop doing something when you have the power to prevent it yourself. Makes sense.
I didn't tell anyone to stop. In fact, if you read the last paragraph I said that it's nothing personal, I just do it. Good to know that you felt like coming here and starting a fuss over something that doesn't need to be a problem, lol.
Yeah, 99% of the time it's people who I reported who are angry on my YouTube. In game it's alts ban evading, people sticking up for mates and really, it's just annoying. From what people, mostly Grayson have posted, it seems like people aren't allowed to post threads anymore without being judged by other members. Seems legit, lol.

Up yourself, and were concentrated more on reading my posts then rating them, you would've realised that I have reasons why I do things, and that the underlying message is that if I report someone, it's nothing personal, I just do it. Flame war? You just have to deal with it. Also, as said above, don't go telling the world " I banned u m8 ". Keep up the reporting though, you're doing mineverse a favor ;).
