I think its available in all countries. Itunes can switch to US store i think.

 

Someone was going to give me a 100$ US card but it wouldn't transfer to UK. I don't know if you could work it out though.

 

iTunes cards are region locked; also you're not allowed to do this.

 

Cyp allows steam game trading, I don't see why this wouldn't be allowed.

 

iTunes clearly isn't Steam.
