I have my name changed and the only things I can't do on my plot are access old shop chests and do /plotme commands. I can edit the plot (Break & Place blocks) and I can access my none shop chests.

No when i try to reclaim it, it says its already claimed. Cant do anything to it.

 

For my plot I can't do /plotme dispose. Does that mean you already dis - owned your plot?

changed my name so i lost it and this happened.

 

Okay, so like I said, I have the same problem and the only way to have it fixed is to send a email to [email protected] and have them fix it. That's what I did, but I'm still waiting for a reply.

You could try pressing the contact us button at the bottom left corner of the website.
Copy the link and paste it in the message box.
Put the subject as Help.
