Gizz, you've been on Mineverse for a long time. You report hackers, you try not to start many arguments, pretty much all of my interactions with you have been positive, you're very mature, and I've seen improvement from your past. I most support you though for your point of view on things. Every time I see you post it has meaning, you have your own point of view that nobody else noticed. That is an amazing trait to have as a moderator. I believe you would do Mineverse proud.

Gizzbots, I am still think if I want to support you. I rarely see you helping noobs on kitpvp, or anyone. Sometimes you can be a loud mouth or difficult. Back then, you were little shifty when you did stuff. But after I became friends with you, I found out that you are loyal, and active. I would want to see you become mod. I am kind of neutral in this. I wish you good luck with your mod app

I will admit at times when I was a 'noob', I was pretty bad, but in all honestly, that was a fair while ago.

I mainly play OP Prison now(I'm Y rank), and whenever I see someone ask for something or a question I answer it.

I was, and stick to OP PvP and OP Prison, but after playing KitPvP a lot recently, I've decided that health pots aren't a problem.

I'd like to try and get weakness and poison pots disabled.

No, I'm not quitting, but I don't like the addition all that much either.

I did read it, I just noticed that your application is for KitPvP and you stated in the screenshot that you were to quit KitPvP. That's why I wanted to make sure.

 

To be honest Gizz I think you have huge potential for the moderator postion here on mineverse, but you could use some improvements :p

- I like to think that an important factor is approachablilty. Someone that any player can depend on for some help. Because of teamspeak I know you are one to tell the hard truth of your opinion on things, and that really masks yourself. I suggest expressing your opinion in a more polite & mature manner while getting to your point yet staying true to what you feel.

- Like I said before, you usually tell the straight up truth and have a certain attitude towards certain players about it. I understand you may not like players because of the past or what they did, but it seems like you hold bias burdens to those certain people. Suppose you gained the position and had to deal with a player you do not favor in particular. Are you going to handle it and be against him/her because of your personal issues with this person? It honestly worries me. If I were you I would keep their past in mind, but keep the thought away for various situations.

& a huge tip: be firm but fair.

On Teamspeak I act a lot more out there then I do in game. I, like any other normal person am allowed to dislike certain people. Will this affect how I'd deal with them if I became mod? No.

Here's a few examples. Me and Elric used to hate each other, we couldn't stand each other and I don't know why. Now, despite having our ups and downs have worked it out and are over it - No grudges formed.

Another example would be Zero_Inzanity. You've heard me on Teamspeak with him - surely you wouldn't of guessed we used to hate each other? Heck, I've had Zero banned before and yet we are still good friends.

What I am trying to say is that I'm not afraid to ban someone and give the same punishment whether I like them personally or not. I'd do the job as a MOD, how the job should be done.
