You can even see the name properly.

 

When it boosted me, I landed there so it's not fly hacking.

When the platform boosts you, you land on an invisible climbing vine or ladder thingy. But I don't know so I'm not really sure :t

 

So.. im assumming its infront of the spawn.

 

Yes. I discovered it a while ago. If you launch out of spawn just right, you can stand on some invisible wall above the water in front of spawn.

Yes. It is extremely hard to get to though.
